How do I avoid jet lag when I fly from Atlanta, GA to London, UK on a nighttime flight?
Should I sleep on the flight there? Or should I try to stay awake? I'm so confused! But I am SURE I don't want jet lag!

Sleep lots and over-hydrate. Also, if you bring a watch or clock set to Atlanta time you will avoid confusion as you will know what time your body is set to... Also, for first few days in UK try not to be doing too much. Take short trips, stay close to hotel/residence and don't go out in bright sunlight. Save the more exciting and further out stuff for later in the week.

Done it many times. Sleep, if you can on the plane, but its almost impossible to do, unless you take a sleeping pill. Have a nap, if you can in the pm when you get there or fight it off until bedtime. You should be fine the next day.

How about just going to sleep on the flight. It's the only way to fly anyway...especially on a red-eye.
