Flight from Atlanta,GA to Alaska costs?
I have two best friends for life, one of them is moving back to Alaska. My other bffl and i are so upset, we cried today at school with her. She is moving in December. We live in GA and atlanta is about 2 hours away. My friend (the one that isnt moving) and i are planning to visit her when she moves allllll the way in alaska. We are saving up to buy tickets. About how much money would one ticket be from here to there? Thanx

You didn't say where in Alaska so I am using Anchorage. Based on the airport's site, there are a few major carriers: Alaska Airlines, Delta, American, Continental and Northwest. From Atlanta to Anchorage, and back, on Northwest is about $800 - $1000 per person depending on when you go.
